1. Our Commitment

NUMARIX Services LLC is committed to making its digital presence accessible to as broad an audience as possible, including people with visual, motor, auditory, speech, cognitive, or neurological differences. We believe accessibility is a foundational quality of a professional financial-services website, and we treat it with the same rigor we bring to security and performance.

2. Standard We Follow

The Site is designed with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Conformance Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. We consider WCAG 2.2 recommendations where they materially improve outcomes and treat the applicable requirements of Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act and the ADA Title III as guiding standards for privately operated commercial websites.

3. Measures Taken

Accessibility considerations are built into how the Site is designed, developed, tested, and reviewed. Specific measures include:

• Semantic HTML landmarks (header, nav, main, footer), heading hierarchy, and ARIA labelling on interactive components;
• A “Skip to content” link at the top of every page;
• Keyboard operability of all navigation, forms, filters, carousels, sliders, and modal dialogs, with visible focus indicators;
• Color contrast ratios that meet or exceed WCAG AA thresholds for body text and interactive elements;
• Alternative text on informative images; decorative images are marked as such so they are ignored by screen readers;
• Responsive layouts that reflow to narrow viewports without loss of information or functionality;
• Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion user preference for animations, carousels, and slide transitions;
• An on-page accessibility comfort tool that allows visitors to adjust text size, spacing, contrast, cursor size, and other display options; double-tapping the Shift key opens it directly;
• Testing with keyboard-only navigation and with modern screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver) during development.

4. Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some portions of the Site may not yet be fully accessible in every respect. Areas of ongoing work include:

• Third-party content — brand logos, market feeds, and platform assets from partners such as CoStar and Crexi are provided by the respective third parties and may not meet the same accessibility level as our own content;
• Historical documents — PDF offering memoranda and marketing packages produced prior to the effective date of this Statement may not include full tagging or reflow support; accessible alternatives can be requested using the contact information below;
• User-provided descriptions — captions on user-uploaded photography reflect the description supplied by the uploader.

6. Ongoing Review

We review accessibility considerations as part of our normal design and engineering cycle, and we conduct periodic third-party audits. This Statement is reviewed and updated no less frequently than annually.

7. Compatibility

The Site is designed to be compatible with the current and prior major release of the following browsers on both desktop and mobile: Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge. It is designed to work with modern assistive technology, including NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack. Older browsers may render the Site correctly but may not support all accessibility enhancements.
