1. Introduction

NUMARIX Services LLC (“NUMARIX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you visit numarix.com, its subdomains, and any related digital services (collectively, the “Site”), and when you engage with us in the course of our advisory, brokerage, capital, marketing, or asset-management services. By using the Site or submitting information to us, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to information collected through the Site, through direct communications with our team (email, telephone, in-person), through offering-memoranda distribution, and through registration for investor materials or event notifications. It does not apply to information practices of third parties whose services we do not operate, even where linked from the Site.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information you provide

• Contact and identity data — name, employer or firm, professional title, email address, telephone number, and physical mailing address, provided when you register, submit an inquiry, request a callback, request confidentiality materials, or subscribe to a mailing list.
• Investor qualification data — accreditation-status representations, jurisdiction, source-of-funds attestations, and any documentation submitted in support of eligibility for particular investment materials.
• Transaction inquiry data — subject property or opportunity, indicative offer information, financing plans, and any documents you attach or submit in connection with a transaction.
• Account credentials — username, password (stored as a one-way hash), and account preferences.
• Communications content — the substance of emails, phone messages, callback-form messages, and any other correspondence with our team.

3.2 Information we collect automatically

• Device and log data — IP address, user-agent string, operating system, browser type, referring page, pages viewed, time on page, and timestamps of visits.

• Analytics data — aggregated and pseudonymized usage patterns collected through analytics services described in the Cookies Policy.

3.3 Information we receive from third parties

We may receive information from sellers, purchasers, franchisors, cooperating brokers, capital providers, data aggregators (including CoStar and Crexi), publicly available records (deeds, permits, court records), and identity- or accreditation-verification services, where such information is provided to us in connection with a transaction or a compliance obligation.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to inquiries, callback requests, and offering-material requests;
• Provide, administer, and improve the Site and our advisory and brokerage services;
• Evaluate the suitability of particular opportunities for a registered investor and verify eligibility to receive confidential offering materials;
• Send transactional notifications, closing documents, and account-related messages;
• Send periodic market updates, listing alerts, and event invitations where you have opted in (and from which you may unsubscribe at any time);
• Comply with legal, regulatory, licensing, tax, anti-money-laundering, and securities-law obligations;
• Investigate and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, or misuse of the Site;
• Enforce our Terms of Use and other agreements.

5. Legal Bases (Where Applicable)

Where privacy laws such as the EU or UK GDPR apply, our lawful bases for processing include: (a) performance of a contract with you or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract; (b) our legitimate interests in operating and marketing our advisory and brokerage business, subject to a balancing of your rights; (c) compliance with legal obligations to which we are subject; and (d) your consent, where required — for example, for direct marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time.

6. When and With Whom We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as necessary and only with categories of recipients that provide reasonable safeguards, including:

• Transaction counterparties — sellers, purchasers, franchisors, cooperating brokers, escrow agents, title companies, capital providers, and their advisors, to the extent necessary to progress a transaction in which you are engaged;
• Service providers — hosting, email delivery, analytics, form security (reCAPTCHA), customer relationship, e-signature, and identity-verification providers acting on our instructions and subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations;
• Professional advisors — our legal, accounting, insurance, and compliance advisors;
• Regulatory and enforcement authorities — where compelled by legal process, or where necessary to comply with real-estate licensing, securities, tax, or anti-money-laundering obligations;
• Corporate transactions — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets, subject to customary confidentiality obligations.

7. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies, pixels, and analogous technologies as described in our Cookies Policy. You can control non-essential cookies from within your browser settings and, where offered, through the accessibility-and-preferences tool available on the Site.

8. Marketing Communications and Choices

We send marketing emails only where permitted by law. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can request removal from our lists at any time by writing to privacy@numarix.com. Transactional communications relating to an active engagement, or to legal or compliance obligations, are not subject to unsubscribe.

9. Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These include TLS encryption of Site traffic, one-way hashing of stored passwords, access controls, activity logging, and periodic review of our security posture. Notwithstanding these measures, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with our legal, tax, regulatory, and accounting obligations, and to establish, defend, or exercise legal claims. Transactional records are typically retained for the period required by state real-estate licensing laws and by the Internal Revenue Code, generally not less than seven (7) years after the close of the transaction. Marketing preferences are retained until you withdraw consent or otherwise become inactive. Server access logs are retained for up to twelve (12) months for security and troubleshooting purposes.

11. Your Rights

Depending on where you reside, you may have some or all of the following rights with respect to your personal information: (a) to request access to a copy of the information we hold; (b) to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information; (c) to request deletion, subject to our legal retention obligations; (d) to object to or restrict certain processing; (e) to withdraw a consent you previously provided; (f) to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; and, for California residents, (g) to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act.

12. California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

The categories of personal information we collect from and about California residents, and the business purposes for which each category is used, correspond to the categories described in Section 3 and the purposes described in Section 4 above. We do not “sell” personal information in exchange for monetary consideration. In the twelve (12) months preceding this Policy, we may have “shared” personal information as that term is defined under the CPRA with the categories of recipients described in Section 6, including analytics service providers. You may submit a verifiable consumer request to know, delete, correct, or limit the use of sensitive personal information by writing to privacy@numarix.com. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to reasonable verification.

13. Children

The Site is intended for professional use by adults and is not directed to children under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected such information without appropriate consent, we will delete it.

14. International Visitors

The Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required by law, we implement appropriate transfer safeguards.

15. Do Not Track

Because there is no universally accepted standard for “Do Not Track” signals, the Site does not currently respond differently to Do Not Track signals. You may still use browser controls and the Site’s cookie preferences to limit non-essential cookies.

16. Third-Party Sites and Services

The Site includes links to third-party websites and integrates certain third-party services (such as CoStar and Crexi platform assets, brand-owner websites, and mapping and analytics providers). Their information practices are governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information to any third party.

17. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site or communicated by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Site after the effective date of any change signifies acceptance of the revised Policy.
